AM I ALLOWED TO CHANGE MY MIND AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Once an order is placed, it is automatically added to our design queue (list). Changes made can compromise your place. This includes the addition of something. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will let you know if your request can be met.
HOW LONG IS THE TURN AROUND?
Every design is unique. There is a turnaround time listed in the description of each service we offer. However, revisions (if necessary) may delay the completion of the final design. Because we may be revising the work of another client while making modifications, the process is lengthened. If you are in a time crunch, please be mindful of the following or, if allowed, order a rush service.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
EVERY SALE IS FINAL. ALL MONEY PAID IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Once payment is received, the sale is complete. Once work has begun on your project or if a client has already received partial work and decides to cancel, they will not receive a refund for the partial or full payment. If for any reason the client no longer desires or cancels services, there will be no refund and the amount paid will be forfeited.
WHAT'S YOUR REVISION POLICY?
Some projects completed by DLB Digital Marketing are limited to three (3) revisions. After that, a $35 fee will be assessed for each additional revision. Two revisions are permitted for larger-scale projects such as web design. This is necessary so that your project can be completed within a reasonable amount of time. When you receive proofs of your work, you have 72 hours to respond. Failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled and the works being delivered AS IS with no refund (see refund section). After approval, the revision window for a design is completely closed. As previously stated, there is a $35 fee for revisions. If you feel that the entire design must be changed, you will be charged for a new design. This may or may not occur, but the designer, not the client, makes the determination.
MAY I VIEW A DESIGN BEFORE I BUY?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Prior to beginning work on your project, you must make a payment.
HOW SHOULD I BEST CONTACT YOU?
Email is the only mode of contact. To avoid misunderstandings, it is beneficial to maintain a paper trail of all client-designer communication. We strive to respond to everyone as quickly as possible. Please allow for a response within 48 to 72 hours. contact@rarecreativestudios.com
WHAT'S YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
Our staff works Monday through Friday. 11am-8pm we do not work weekends, and holidays. Weekends are not included in business days. There will be no communication outside of our business hours!
I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO BEGIN WITH MY BRAND, CAN YOU FREESTYLE?
It is essential to have some sort of vision for your brand! Please keep in mind that our ideas may not coincide when you ask me to FREESTYLE. This could result in multiple revisions and occasionally disagreements. So that the designer has something to work with, it is ideal to have a small concept. Having a small vision, such as the colors, fonts, or overall appearance you desire, makes a HUGE difference.
